Who it fits

ARS Fallon 60 Key Specs

Width: 60 inches

This width requires a wall space of at least 60 inches. It fits well in master bathrooms or large guest baths where you have ample room. You should measure your available space carefully to ensure the vanity does not block door swings or other fixtures. This size offers a substantial presence and ample counter area for daily routines.

Cabinet Material: Solid Birch and MDF

The frame uses solid birch for structural strength, while MDF panels provide a smooth surface for finishing. This combination aims to balance durability with a refined appearance. Solid wood frames resist warping better than all-MDF units. You get a sturdy cabinet that supports heavy countertops and daily use without flexing or sagging over time.

Countertop Material: Ivory White Engineered Marble

Engineered marble offers a consistent look with the veining of natural stone but often requires less maintenance. The ivory white color reflects light, making smaller spaces feel larger. It provides a smooth, non-porous surface that resists stains better than some natural stones. This material pairs well with various faucet finishes and hardware styles for a cohesive design.

Sink Configuration: Double Sink

A double sink setup allows two people to use the vanity simultaneously. This is ideal for shared bathrooms or couples getting ready in the morning. The undermount style creates a clean line and makes wiping the counter into the sink easy. You save time during peak hours and reduce congestion in the bathroom during busy periods.

Assembly Required: Arrives Assembled

The vanity cabinet comes fully built, so you do not need to spend hours putting it together. This saves significant time and eliminates the need for tools or assembly skills. You only need to position the unit and connect the plumbing. This feature is helpful if you want a quick upgrade or prefer to hire a professional for installation only.

Design and build details

According to the listing, the ARS Concepts Fallon 60 arrives fully assembled. The cabinet frame uses solid birch with MDF panels. This combination aims for structural stability. French dovetail joinery reinforces the drawers. The unit weighs 217 pounds. This mass helps keep the vanity steady during daily use.

The layout includes four full-extension drawers and one cabinet door. Two adjustable interior shelves provide flexible storage. The countertop is ivory white engineered marble, measuring 60 inches wide and 21 inches deep. A double oval porcelain sink is undermounted. It has six predrilled faucet holes. This configuration supports two users comfortably. You need to purchase a faucet separately.

Hardware features antique bronze aluminum alloy knobs. The finish is hand-painted for a refined look. The model number is BC100D6036VM. The color option listed is Vintage Mint. This design suits traditional bathrooms. The solid construction reduces the need for on-site assembly. You can place it in master baths or large guest spaces. The double sink setup maximizes utility for shared routines.

Setup and everyday use

The ARS Concepts Fallon 60 arrives fully assembled, which simplifies your installation process significantly. You do not need to spend hours building the cabinet structure. Your primary task involves positioning the unit against the wall and connecting the plumbing. The vanity includes the countertop and sink, so you only need to secure the faucet separately. The listing notes six predrilled faucet holes with an eight-inch spread. This gives you flexibility in choosing a fixture that matches your style. The double oval porcelain sink is undermount style. This configuration makes wiping the countertop into the basin straightforward. Daily use benefits from the four full-extension drawers and one cabinet door. Full extension allows you to access items at the back without digging. The two adjustable interior shelves provide customizable storage for larger items. You can organize towels, toiletries, or cleaning supplies efficiently. The antique bronze aluminum alloy knobs offer a distinct visual contrast to the vintage mint finish. The solid birch frame and MDF panels provide a sturdy base for daily activities. The 21-inch depth offers sufficient space for typical bathroom items without overwhelming the room. You should ensure your plumbing aligns with the sink placement before finalizing the installation. The included hardware means you can complete the setup with minimal additional purchases. This design prioritizes functionality and ready-to-use convenience for your bathroom.

Before you buy this vanity

You need to buy a faucet separately because the sink has six predrilled holes for an eight-inch spread. This gives you flexibility in choosing your hardware, but it adds to your initial setup. The unit weighs 217 pounds, so you need a sturdy wall and proper support during installation. Since it arrives assembled, you avoid complex construction, but you must ensure your floor can handle the load. The vintage mint color is just one of ten options, so check if this shade matches your existing decor or if another variation like antique white suits better. Upkeep involves wiping the engineered marble and porcelain surfaces with mild cleaners. Avoid abrasive pads to protect the hand-painted finish. This vanity fits well in larger bathrooms where its 60-inch width does not crowd the space. It suits buyers who want a traditional look without assembly hassles.

Check before you buy

• Confirm you have an eight-inch spread faucet ready for purchase
• Verify your floor can support the 217-pound assembled unit
• Check if the vintage mint color matches your bathroom decor
• Ensure you have at least 60 inches of wall space
