Who it fits
Good fit for
You should consider this vanity if you want a wall-mounted unit that saves floor space and offers organized storage. The pre-assembled cabinet simplifies setup for DIYers who prefer not to build furniture from scratch. The soft-close drawers and auto-sensing lights add convenience for daily use. It suits bathrooms where a modern, fluted aesthetic is desired. The single-sink layout fits well in half baths or smaller full baths where counter space is limited but style matters.
Who should skip it
You should look at another option if you need a faucet with an overflow hole, as this unit requires a drain stopper without one. The listing states that the faucet and drain cover are not included, so you must purchase those separately. If you prefer a solid surface that does not feature a stone pattern, the travertine-style basin may not match your taste. Additionally, if you need a vanity taller than 16 inches, this specific model does not offer that height variation.
Verdict: This vanity offers a stylish, pre-assembled solution with convenient lighting and storage for small to medium bathrooms. It is best for buyers who prioritize modern aesthetics and easy installation over included plumbing hardware.
Key specs for this vanity
Width: 35.8 inches
This measurement defines the horizontal footprint of the unit. You need a wall space slightly larger than 35.8 inches to accommodate the cabinet and allow for proper mounting hardware clearance. This width suits medium-sized bathrooms where you want a substantial presence without overwhelming the room. Compare this dimension with standard 30-inch or 48-inch models to ensure it fits your layout.
Mounting Type: floating
This vanity attaches directly to the wall, leaving the floor beneath it clear. This design makes cleaning the bathroom floor easier and can visually expand the size of smaller rooms. You must ensure your wall studs can support the weight of the unit and the sink. This mounting style is distinct from floor-standing vanities that rest on the ground.
Sink Material: sintered stone
Sintered stone is a high-density material formed under heat and pressure. It offers a seamless, watertight basin that resists stains and heat better than many natural stones. The travertine pattern adds visual texture without the porosity of real stone. This material choice benefits users who want low maintenance and a durable surface that does not require sealing.
Cabinet Material: natural wood
The cabinet body is constructed from natural wood, providing a warm aesthetic that contrasts with the cool stone basin. This material gives the unit structural rigidity and a premium feel. You should verify that the bathroom has adequate ventilation to protect the wood from excessive humidity. This differs from MDF or particle board cabinets that may swell if exposed to water.
Assembly Required: pre-assembled
The cabinet arrives fully built, so you do not need to assemble the box structure. This saves time and eliminates the risk of missing hardware or incorrect screw placement during construction. You only need to mount the pre-built unit to the wall. This feature is ideal for those who want a quick installation process without handling complex carpentry tasks.
Design and Build Quality
According to the listing, the cabinet is constructed from natural wood with a fluted, three-sided striped finish. This textured design includes grooved handles that replace traditional pulls. The aesthetic is modern and sophisticated, relying on the wood grain and geometric lines for visual interest rather than hardware. You will need to clean the grooves carefully to prevent dust accumulation in the textured panels.
The unit weighs 81.7 pounds and measures 35.8 inches wide by 16 inches high. This substantial weight requires a sturdy wall structure for safe mounting. The floating design keeps the floor clear, which simplifies cleaning around the base. You must ensure your wall can support this load securely before installation.
The basin is made of sintered stone with a travertine pattern. It is formed by hot-pressing a single slab, creating a seamless, watertight surface with no joints or glue. This construction enhances durability and prevents water seepage. The sink is a single configuration, suitable for standard daily use. The listing notes that the faucet and drain cover are not included, so you must source these separately to complete the setup.
Setup and Daily Use Guide
The KEIKI 36 arrives pre-assembled, which simplifies your installation process. The cabinet is a single, heavy unit weighing 81.7 pounds, so you will need to ensure your wall can support this load securely. Since it is a floating vanity, you must mount it directly to the wall studs. The listing provides a detailed manual to guide this step. You should verify that your plumbing aligns with the single-hole sink configuration before finalizing the mount. The unit is designed for a sink drain stopper without an overflow hole, so check your faucet compatibility. Faucets and drain covers are not included, meaning you must source these separately.
Daily use begins with the auto-sensing LED lighting. A strip hidden between the countertop and drawers detects motion and illuminates when you approach. This feature adds ambient light without requiring manual switches. The basin is made from seamless hot-pressed sintered stone. This material forms a watertight, integrated sink with no joints or glue, which simplifies cleaning and reduces areas where mold or grime can accumulate. The cabinet offers two spacious drawers for storage. These drawers utilize undermount slides and a soft-close damping system. This mechanism ensures quiet, smooth operation and prevents the drawers from slamming shut. The natural wood finish and fluted design remain easy to maintain with standard bathroom cleaning products.
Before You Buy This Vanity
You must verify your wall structure before installation. This unit weighs 81.7 pounds and mounts directly to the wall. It requires solid backing to support the load safely. You need to purchase a faucet and drain cover separately, as these are not included. The listing recommends using a sink drain stopper without an overflow hole, so check your plumbing compatibility. Cleaning the sintered stone basin is straightforward, but you should avoid abrasive cleaners to protect the seamless finish. The soft-close drawers require no special maintenance beyond occasional hinge checks. This model fits well if you prefer a modern, fluted aesthetic. It is one of 1 options reviewed here. Compare its 35.8-inch width against other models to ensure it fits your space. The pre-assembled design saves time, but you still need proper mounting hardware. Ensure your electrical setup allows for the motion-sensing LED strip, which installs discreetly between the countertop and drawers.
