Key specs explained for this vanity
Width: 36 inches
This width fits standard alcoves and walls. It provides a balanced footprint for medium-sized bathrooms without overwhelming the space. You get enough counter area for daily routines while leaving room for movement. Compare this to smaller 24-inch units if you have tight quarters, or larger 48-inch models if you need more surface area for multiple users.
Sink Material: ceramic
Ceramic sinks are non-porous and resist stains from coffee, toothpaste, or makeup. The smooth surface wipes clean with a damp cloth, requiring minimal effort to maintain. This material holds up well against daily use and temperature changes. When shopping, note that ceramic is distinct from stone or composite materials, which may need sealing or specific cleaners to prevent damage over time.
Cabinet Material: solid pine wood, MDF
Solid pine wood offers structural strength and durability for the frame, while MDF panels provide a smooth, consistent surface for the sage green finish. This combination supports the weight of the sink and stored items without warping. You benefit from a stable unit that resists daily wear. Check other vanities for all-MDF construction, which may be less robust than those with solid wood framing.
Doors & Drawers: 2 doors + 4 drawers
This configuration offers varied storage options. The four drawers are ideal for organizing smaller items like cosmetics, medications, and cleaning supplies. The two doors with adjustable shelves accommodate taller items such as towels or bulk toiletries. This mix helps keep your bathroom clutter-free. Compare this to units with only doors or only drawers to see which layout matches your specific storage habits.
