Who it fits
Good fit for
This vanity suits buyers with limited floor space who need a functional sink setup. The 30-inch width fits narrow bathrooms or powder rooms. The 35-inch height helps users who prefer a standard counter level without bending. The single sink and modest storage work well for individuals or couples who keep toiletries minimal. The white finish matches many modern decor styles. If you need a simple, space-saving unit with a ceramic basin, this model fits your layout.
Who should skip it
Skip this option if you need extra storage or a larger footprint. The single drawer and two doors offer limited capacity compared to double-vanity units. The 18.3-inch depth is narrow, restricting countertop space for multiple users. You must buy the faucet, mirror, and drain separately, as these are not included. If you prefer a pre-assembled unit or require a different sink material, look elsewhere. This model is strictly for basic, compact setups.
Verdict: This vanity provides a space-saving, functional sink solution for small bathrooms. Its compact dimensions and integrated ceramic basin make it a practical choice for tight layouts.
Key specs for this vanity
Width: 30 inches
This width fits standard alcoves and small bathrooms. It offers more counter space than a 24-inch model without overwhelming a tight footprint. You should measure your wall space carefully to ensure proper clearance for doors and drawers. This size is a practical choice for guests' baths or powder rooms where space is limited but functionality is still needed.
Height: 35 inches
This height is slightly taller than the standard 30 to 32 inches. It reduces the need to bend over when washing your hands or brushing your teeth. This ergonomic benefit is useful for taller users or anyone looking to minimize back strain during daily routines. You will find this comfortable for most adults standing at the sink.
Sink Material: ceramic
Ceramic is durable and resistant to chips and scratches. The non-porous glazed surface prevents stains from coffee or toothpaste from soaking in. You can clean it easily with standard bathroom cleaners. This material holds up well over time compared to cheaper composites. It also integrates smoothly with the cabinet for a seamless look.
Cabinet Material: engineered wood
Engineered wood provides a stable structure that resists warping better than solid wood in humid environments. It supports the weight of the sink and stored items without sagging. You get a consistent finish that matches the white aesthetic. This material is cost-effective while still offering the durability needed for daily use in a bathroom setting.
Doors & Drawers: 1 drawer + 2 doors
This configuration offers flexible storage options. The single U-shaped drawer provides open access for taller items like bottles or towels. The two doors hide smaller items behind closed panels. You can organize your bathroom supplies efficiently without clutter. This layout balances visibility and concealment for a tidy appearance.
Design and build details
According to the listing, the cabinet is constructed from FSC-Certified engineered wood. This material choice provides structural integrity while keeping the unit manageable. The total weight is 86.9 pounds. This mass helps stabilize the vanity against tipping, which is important for safety in homes with children or pets. The white finish offers a clean, modern look that blends with various decor styles. It is a timeless option that resists visual clutter in smaller rooms.
The layout includes one U-shaped drawer and two doors. The drawer design offers more storage space than typical tip-out drawers. Inside, you will find a three-level adjustable shelf. This feature lets you accommodate items of various sizes, from tall bottles to flat towels. The soft-close mechanism on the doors prevents slamming and reduces noise. This is a practical detail for early morning routines or late-night bathroom visits.
The integrated ceramic sink features a smooth, non-porous glazed finish. This surface resists stains and buildup, making maintenance easier for you. The sink includes an overflow channel to prevent accidental spills. It also has three 4-inch center-set faucet holes. You must purchase the faucet separately. The ergonomic toe-kick provides generous legroom. This design reduces back strain by allowing you to stand closer to the sink comfortably.
