Key specs explained for TOTO KS5
Seat Shape: Elongated
This bidet is designed for elongated toilet bowls, which are oval-shaped and longer than standard round seats. You must verify your toilet shape before purchase. If your bowl is round, this seat will not fit properly. Elongated seats offer more surface area. They are the standard for most modern homes. This shape provides better comfort for most users compared to the older round style.
Wash Modes: Oscillating
The cleansing wand moves back and forth during use. This motion provides a broader cleaning coverage than a static stream. You get a more thorough rinse with each session. This mode is useful for general hygiene. It differs from a stationary spray. The movement ensures water reaches different areas. This feature is standard for thorough personal cleaning on electronic seats.
Color: Cotton White
The unit finishes in a neutral white tone. This color matches most standard bathroom fixtures and porcelain. It blends seamlessly into traditional or modern decor schemes. You do not need to worry about mismatched tones. White is the most common choice for bathroom accessories. It hides minor dust well. This finish ensures the bidet looks integrated with your existing toilet.
Width: 15 inches
The seat spans fifteen inches across the bowl. This measurement ensures adequate coverage for most elongated toilets. You get full support along the sides. The width is critical for proper installation. If your toilet is wider, this seat may not align. This dimension is standard for elongated models. It ensures the seat sits securely on the rim without overhang.
