Looking Beyond the VNN Bathroom Vanity Sink? 6 Alternatives Worth a Look

How these alternatives compare

NOVAMAISON 36 Inch Oak Vanity with SMC Sink

The NOVAMAISON 36 Inch Oak Vanity uses an SMC sink instead of tempered glass. SMC offers superior durability and lower maintenance compared to the glass vessel in the VNN model. Both units share an oak finish and modern design, but the NOVAMAISON is slightly narrower at 35.4 inches versus 36 inches. It also weighs more at 88.6 pounds. You get a single integrated sink rather than a separate vessel. This choice suits buyers who want a robust, easy-clean surface without the fragility of glass. The modular flexibility of the VNN is lost here, but the solid construction may appeal to those prioritizing long-term resilience over adjustable storage layouts.

Deluxe Living 36" Grey Modern Vanity

Deluxe Living offers a light gray finish instead of the VNN’s oak look. Its composite sink provides a different material profile than tempered glass, focusing on durability rather than aesthetic transparency. The cabinet width is 37 inches, slightly wider than the VNN’s 36 inches, offering more counter space. Height is lower at 34.5 inches. This model emphasizes soft-closing hardware, which the VNN does not specify. You trade the split modular design for a more traditional, unified cabinet structure. This option fits users who prefer a sleek, uniform appearance and reliable drawer mechanisms over the customizable storage zones of the VNN. The moisture-resistant materials cater to high-humidity environments effectively.

Chyanmoo 36 Inch Modern Bathroom Vanity

Chyanmoo presents a white and black color scheme, contrasting with the VNN’s oak tone. It features a ceramic top instead of tempered glass, providing a solid, opaque surface. The cabinet uses two doors rather than the VNN’s three drawers and open shelves. Width matches the VNN at 36 inches, but height is slightly lower at 34.4 inches. This design lacks the modular split, offering a standard freestanding layout. You gain a simpler, full-width storage solution. This alternative suits buyers who prefer a clean, minimalist aesthetic and do not need the flexible storage configuration of the VNN. The ceramic top is a durable choice for daily use, though it lacks the visual lightness of glass.

LUXEYARD 36 Inch Walnut Freestanding Vanity Base

LUXEYARD is a freestanding base only, lacking an included sink or countertop. This differs significantly from the VNN, which comes as a complete unit with a glass vessel sink. The walnut finish offers a distinct modern fluted look. Width is 36 inches, matching the VNN, but height is lower at 32.5 inches. It includes soft-close doors, a feature not present in the VNN. This option is for buyers who already have a countertop or want to customize their surface material. You sacrifice convenience for customization. The lighter weight of 55.7 pounds makes it easier to handle. This choice is ideal for those who prioritize hardware quality and design flexibility over an all-in-one package.

Modway Render 36 Inch Oak Vanity

Modway Render offers a mid-century modern profile, distinct from the VNN’s industrial aesthetic. The oak finish is similar, but the design language is different. Width is 35 inches, slightly narrower than the VNN. Height is lower at 32.5 inches. It includes soft-close functionality, which the VNN lacks. There is no mention of a split modular design or open shelving in this model. You get a more traditional cabinet structure. This alternative fits buyers who prioritize style and smooth operation over the adaptable storage options of the VNN. The compact depth of 18 inches is consistent with the VNN. It is a good choice for those seeking a specific retro look without the complexity of modular assembly.

NOVAMAISON 36 Inch Oak Floating Vanity

NOVAMAISON Floating Vanity uses a wall-mounted design, unlike the freestanding VNN. This saves floor space, which is crucial for small bathrooms. The SMC sink is integrated, differing from the VNN’s glass vessel. Width is 35.4 inches, slightly narrower. Height is much lower at 19.7 inches due to the floating nature. Weight is significantly lighter at 36.2 pounds. You trade the substantial feel of the VNN for easy floor cleaning access. This option suits users who want a minimalist look and do not need under-sink storage. The floating design changes the entire spatial dynamic. It is a practical choice for tight spaces where floor clearance is a priority over the robust storage capacity of the VNN.
